Saint-Joseph Blanc – “Les Royes”

• Grape variety: 100% Marsanne

• Terroir: Clay-limestone and granite soils.

• Tasting notes:
  Brilliant golden color, complex nose of white flowers, honey and yellow-fleshed fruits. Full, fresh and elegant on the palate with a beautiful mineral persistence.

Saint-Joseph Rouge – “Les Royes”

• Grape variety: 100% Syrah

• Terroir: Steep slopes on clay-limestone soils with granite fragments.

• Tasting notes:
  Beautiful, intense ruby ​​color, powerful nose of ripe black fruit, spices, and violet. On the palate, a generous and silky structure, with fine tannins and a long, spicy finish.

• Perfect pairing: Roast lamb, duck breast, stews.

Cornas – « Champelrose »

• Grape variety: 100% Syrah

• Terroir: Pure granitic soils, typical of Cornas, bringing power and minerality.

• Tasting notes:
  Deep, almost black color. Intense nose of jammy black fruits, licorice, and leather. Dense, elegant palate with present but superbly integrated tannins and impressive length.

• Perfect pairing: Game, grilled red meats, strong cheeses.
