In one of the oldest and most prestigious bull ranches in Provence

The herd & the breeding
Founded by Jacques and then passed on to his son Raoul, this herd is today one of the reference breeding farms in Provence.

Camargue bulls : nearly 300 Camargue breed animals, with their athletic build and elegant horns, roam freely across almost 1,000 hectares of marshland and salt flats. Rigorously selected, these bulls are renowned in the arenas of Languedoc and Provence.

Camargue horses : approximately 100 hardy and robust horses, also raised in semi-freedom. These faithful companions of the herdsmen are distinguished by their skill and agility when working with the bulls.
Gastronomy
Typical, local, and homemade cuisine is offered. The traditional menus showcase the iconic products of the Camargue region:
