This authentic immersion in the heart of a wine estate will allow customers to discover the daily life of winemakers, the profession of farmer, and to taste local wines accompanied by carefully selected seasonal dishes.
The experience consists of two complementary highlights:
A guided tour of the estate (vineyards and cellar – approximately 30 minutes) to understand the fundamentals of French viticulture, the winemaking stages and the winemaker’s techniques.
An interactive tasting of four wines accompanied by local and seasonal food pairings, showcasing the products and know-how of the Drôme and Ardèche regions.
Workshop outline
Tour of the estate – 30 minutes
A journey through the vineyards and cellars to discover the behind-the-scenes aspects of wine production, from working the land to bottling. An immersive experience into the heart of the winemaker’s craft and their environment.
Participatory tasting – approximately 1 hour.
Participants, standing or seated depending on the setup, taste in an interactive and friendly way:

Viognier with local goat cheese, a dash of Ardèche apricot, Grenoble walnuts and bread (participants add the apricot dash to the cheese themselves)

Crozes-Hermitage white wine with chestnut pâté, a typical Ardèche specialty

Crozes-Hermitage red wine with seasonal vegetable spread (participants spread it on their bread)

Saint-Joseph red with artisanal chocolate
This participatory approach allows everyone to actively participate in discovering the products, to better understand flavor combinations and to experience a moment rich in exchanges and authenticity.

Duration: approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
