Introduction

 

This immersive workshop will allow customers to discover the exceptional wines of the Northern Rhône Valley, prestigious appellations and unique terroirs, through a guided tasting of three pairings.

Workshop Outline

 

The tasting takes place in three stages. Participants will stand when each pairing is announced, or collect their plate containing the three pairings, to discover them successively:

  • Viognier or white Saint-Joseph accompanied by local goat cheese, a drizzle of apricot and bread

  • Saint-Joseph red wine with duck pâté en croûte

  • Cornas enhanced by artisanal chocolate

The wines will be served by Julie and the crew members (table 1). Participants will then collect their pairing plate from a second table dedicated to the carefully selected food and wines.

Duration and capacity: Duration: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Maximum capacity: 140 participants.
